Co-Founder & Principal Consultant As the face of OMB, Daniel has a passion for simplifying the complex. With a solid foundation in process analysis and project management, Daniel has a proven success record in driving organizational change. He has a natural ability to develop positive relationships with his clients while rolling up his sleeves to provide lasting results. Always up for a new challenge, Daniel isn't afraid to dive into a new project or hobby. On the weekends you can find him working on a technical or mechanical project, trying out a new workout, or simply pausing to enjoy and appreciate some of life’s simple pleasures. His certifications include: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). |

Frederick Dean
Co-Founder & Firm Administrator You will find Fred behind the scenes at OMB. With over 30 years experience in IT, tax and financial services, Fred’s knowledge guides OMB’s strategies and internal processes, providing a solid foundation for the company's service offerings. When Fred isn't busy reviewing contracts and keeping OMB operating smoothly, you can find him spending time near the beach with his two German Shepherd rescues, Ridley and Heath. His certifications include: Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC-CFP) and Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP-IRS). |

For the last ten years, Megan has had proven success providing talent solutions to clients in various industries including military healthcare, nonprofits, associations, human resources, and administration. Megan has a knack for building and maintaining personal relationships with clients and candidates across the globe. Her passion for helping to design organizational cultures that maximize growth is evident in every interaction. Megan is a public radio junkie and lover of memoirs. She adores spending time with her family and values substantial conversation with great friends over a good bottle of wine. |
