Contact Center Representative (Linthicum, MD)
Seeking highly motivated individuals for full-time or part-time positions within a call center environment.
The Call Center Service Representative will respond to credit union member inquires via telephone regarding membership, banking products, services and rates while providing friendly, accurate and speedy service. He/she will also resolve member issues timely and thoroughly, seeking to exceed member expectations on every call. The position will utilize knowledge of products, data systems and web based applications to provide information and remedy member service issues.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with customer service in a call center, hospitality, retail, or restaurant
- Banking or financial experience is preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates who are able and willing to work the 10am-7pm shift (full-time) or 11a-2p and 3p-7p (part-time)
- Reliability and dedication are critical elements to success in this position
- Must be on time and have excellent attendance record
- Bachelors degree or college coursework preferred
